- The Promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered address is at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST.
- The BBC Code of Conduct for competitions can be found at https://www.bbc.com/editorialguidelines/guidance/code-of-conduct and all BBC magazines comply with the Code.
- The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 21 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
- The closing date for entries is 23:59pm on 28th February 2025.
- By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
- to be bound by these terms and conditions;
- that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and
- that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
- Entrants should enter by answering the question in the riddle link, embedded in the Visit Tobago/ BBC Wildlife Enhanced Advertorial. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
- Entrants must supply to Our Media Limited their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Our Media Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/).
- Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry[1]. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
- One winner will receive a 7-night stay for two at Mt Irvine Bay Resort on a bed-and-breakfast basis, sharing one room. The prize includes two economy-class return flights with British Airways, departing from and returning to London Gatwick only. The winner and their guest must both be aged 21 or over.

- Flight Details:
- The selected winner and their guest will have flights arranged from London Gatwick only, and they are responsible for their own travel to Gatwick Airport. Upon arrival in Tobago, airport transfers will be provided.
- The winner will not have the option to upgrade their seat.
- The luggage allowance adheres to British Airways’ policy: each passenger is permitted one standard-sized bag and one additional item (e.g., laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase) as free hand luggage. Additionally, each passenger may check one bag up to 23kg at no cost.
- Blackout Dates: Certain blackout dates apply, during which the winner cannot redeem their visit. These include:
- February Carnival: 26/02/25 to 05/03/25
- October Carnival: 24/10/25 to 27/10/25
- Easter: 18/04/25 to 20/04/25
- Christmas Holidays: 20/12/25 to 02/01/26
- Room: The winner and their guest will share one room. Suites, standard cottages, superior cottages, and seaview rooms are not included in this prize. If the included rooms are unavailable at the time of booking, one of the excluded options may be offered, but only with a garden or golf view. The winner may choose to upgrade their room by covering the difference in rate themselves.
- Meals: Breakfast is included for the entire stay. The winner may upgrade to half-board or full-board at their own expense.
- Included Hotel Activities: Karaoke and movie nights are included. Bonfire night is only available if the winner's stay includes the last Friday of the month.
- Travel Requirements: The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging their own visa and travel insurance for this trip.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances impacting the winner’s trip, the following process will apply:
- Visit Tobago will promptly inform the prize winner of any disruptions or changes, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Every effort will be made to offer alternative dates, destinations, or equivalent experiences, depending on the nature of the unforeseen circumstance.
- If the trip must be rescheduled due to factors beyond control, Visit Tobago will work closely with the prize winner to identify new travel dates within a reasonable timeframe.
- Certain circumstances, such as natural disasters, or other events beyond their control, may invoke the force majeure clause, which allows for the postponement or cancellation of the trip without liability.
- Flight Details:
- The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
- The winner will be notified within 28 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
- The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Visit Tobago Competition, BBC Wildlife, Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
- The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
- The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
